The Monarch Clinic Australia WE TREAT: - Depression - Adult ADHD - Anxiety - PTSD - OCD - Chronic Pain - Tinnitus - Bipolar Disorder - Schizophrenia TMS Clinics Australia WE OFFER : - TMS Treatment (rTMS) - Esketamine Treatment - Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy - Deep TMS Treatment (dTMS) These treatments can be used to treat the following conditions : Major Depressive Disorder (MDD): Treatment-Resistant Depression : TMS and Esketamine are commonly used for patients who do not respond to at least two antidepressant medications Mechanism: TMS involves the use of magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain, particularly in regions thought to be involved in mood regulation, such as the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex. Benefits of TMS - Non-Invasive: Unlike electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), TMS does not require anesthesia and has a lower risk of side effects. - Safety: TMS is generally well-tolerated with minimal side effects, such as mild headaches or scalp discomfort. - Efficacy: It can be effective for patients who have not responded to other forms of treatment.
