OUR SURGICAL AND PAIN MANAGEMENT SERVICES ENDOSCOPIC SPINE SURGERY Using a tiny incision, micro instruments and an endoscope, our surgeons are able to conduct medical procedures with minimal tissue exposure. BACK AND NECK PAIN Back and neck pain are called a variety of different names, including sciatica, lumbago, and general backache. DISC REPLACEMENT Discs can be damaged by wear and tear or trauma, putting painful pressure on the nerve roots. SPINE TRAUMA Spine trauma occurs when the vertebrae of the spine are manipulated in a way which damages them.
